The Most Evil Device Ever was a Segway created by Dr. Inconsiderate solely to cause havoc among his village by ramming into people and refusing to stop or apologize.
History[]
In Testificate Man: The Movie, Dr. Inconsiderate reveals his latest invention, which appears to be just a Minecraft version of a Segway. When he jumps on and takes it for a first ride, a local villager is horrified by the strange machine. Dr. Inconsiderate proceeds to repeatedly ram into a citizen on the device, causing the others to call Testificate Man. While riding the device, Dr. Inconsiderate comes upon Testificate Man, but decides he's too busy to fight and rides back to his lair. Testificate Man decides he must destroy the device and follows him, catching him still on the Segway in his lair. He attempts to ram Testificate Man, who stands still and lets himself be rammed and knocked over. When he tries to hit him one more time, Testificate Man gets an idea and throws his T into the wheel, disabling it. Dr. Inconsiderate is furious, claiming he hasn't had to walk in a long time.
